Mark S. Grand practices law as his father taught him: Earn the trust of your clients. Guide them in their legal needs. Understand that they can take their business and legal needs elsewhere; they can even foolishly attempt to handle estate planning or real estate transactions themselves. However, it’s your role to help them realize that the money and time they invest in their relationship with you in pursuit of estate planning, asset protection, or real estate and business transactions are money and time wisely invested.
His Accounting Degree with High Honors provided Mark with the foundational knowledge of financial matters, business and personal portfolio balance sheets and tax returns used in preparing his clients’ estate plans.
A generation ago, Mark Grand watched as his father practiced law in Southeast Florida. Over that time, Leonard Grand built valuable bonds with clients who, in turn, generously referred friends, family and colleagues to the practice.
That’s the model Mark Grand follows today. As a father of two grown children, Mark has made his life and work in South Florida. He built his reputation here, guiding prospects-turned-clients, proving himself as a trusted advisor – one with a strong network of other professionals equally skilled to serve each client’s individual needs.
The result is that clients feel comfortable with Grand & Grand – and confident in entrusting their legal work to the firm. Today, Mark Grand oversees a firm confident in its execution of its clients’ legal needs. With a guiding hand, responsive attention and personal service, his training, experience and many years dedicated to serving the community make Mark Grand a valued counselor to every client.
